I am 45 years old, and during my life I’ve only lived through 13 years of a Labour government. The other 32 years have been during a Conservative government.
This last government particular has been embarrassing. I don’t expect the government to get everything right. I don’t expect to always have changes that benefit me. But I do expect them to have dignity and be trustworthy. They have failed at every level.
I’ve lived in the Eddisbury constituency all my life and it has always been Conservative. For the first time in my life, I’m represented by a Labour MP.
